A well know board game (the GOOSE GAME) is used to get to know facts about the contribution of women to important positions in science and politics.
During the game questions (and answers) related to the percentage of women contributing to science and politics in certain areas and countries pass by.

The activity provides/broadens the background knowledge for (further) debate about biases around women in jobs in these two fields.
Better knowledge and understanding the facts can help to provide arguments in the discussion and contribute to broadening the opportunities (and acceptance) of women in these fields.
