Les questions seront plus pointues, plus approfondies et plus sp\u00e9cifiques que les questions d\u2019entrevue traditionnelles.<br>II.Demander aux participants de se rafra\u00eechir la m\u00e9moire et d\u2019examiner certaines situations particuli\u00e8res qu\u2019ils ont trait\u00e9es ou des projets sur lesquels ils ont travaill\u00e9; et pr\u00e9parez des histoires qui illustrent les moments o\u00f9 ils ont r\u00e9solu avec succ\u00e8s des probl\u00e8mes ou ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re m\u00e9morable. Les histoires seront utiles pour aider les participants \u00e0 r\u00e9agir de mani\u00e8re significative lors d\u2019une entrevue comportementale.<br>Au cours de l\u2019entretien<br>I.Au cours de l\u2019entrevue, le formateur posera des questions d\u2019entrevue comportementale selon le sc\u00e9nario pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour obtenir des exemples concrets du comportement des participants dans le pass\u00e9.<br>II. L\u2019enseignant fait une preuve de l\u2019entretien comportemental et des comp\u00e9tences des participants.<br>Apr\u00e8s l\u2019entretien<br>I.
