Jenga is a game of physical skill. Players take turns removing one block at a time from a tower constructed of 54 blocks. Each block removed is then placed on top of the tower, creating a progressively more unstable structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TEACHING PRACTICE (STEP BY STEP)<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students will be presented with types of stereotypes and prejudices, example “women are not the best drivers!” and they will discuss the prejudice that derives from this stereotype. At the end of the activity, students will identify positive stereotypes and negative stereotypes with the help of the JENGA game (https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=pbE6SRQ7PoA ). A positive or negative stereotype will be passed on to each game piece. Students will draw a piece and discuss the chosen stereotype.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
