The Resource Pack provides information and guidelines on how to support governments, schools, and teachers in developing gender-responsive STEM education, in order to encourage more girls to participate in STEM. The Resource Pack is designed to be utilized by officers in Ministries of Education, policymakers, curriculum developers, teacher educators, and teachers. Resource Pack is both built on and aims to promote the principles of gender equality. These principles encompass the equal rights, responsibilities, and opportunities of girls and boys, women and men, and ensure that the interests, needs, and priorities of girls and boys are taken into consideration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
