
The goal of this tool is to help identify how resilient learners are and help them realise practical experience and examples of employment – and/or live-related and to be better prepared for job interviews with potential employers. Behavioural event interview is interviewing based on discovering how the interviewee acted in a specific situation (mostly employment- and/or live-related).

TEACHING PRACTICE (STEP BY STEP):
Before interview
I.the trainer prepares behavioural interview questions. Questions will be more pointed, more probing and more specific than traditional interview questions.
II.Ask participants to refresh their memory and consider some special situations they have dealt with or projects they have worked on; and prepare stories that illustrate times when they have successfully solved problems or performed memorably. The stories will be useful to help participants respond meaningfully in a behavioural interview. During interview
I.During the interview, the trainer will ask behavioral interview questions according to prepared scenario to get concrete examples of participant’s behavior in the past.
II. The teacher makes evidence of behavior interview and the participant’s competencies.
After the Interview
I. The trainer provides feedback to the participant.
