After reading the material, teachers would be capable of composing inclusive STEAM learning environments to engage girls and women to embrace science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) subjects and careers. Through this practice girls and women will be given equal opportunities in these areas, increasing the number of skilled workers needed for the development of technology, science and social applications of technology.
