
This stereotype applies to high school students, majoring in acting. The methods used are: oral communication and simulated action methods. The material can be used in social education classes about the stereotype related to “women have no business in the army” as well as about the prejudices encountered in society.

TEACHING PRACTICE (STEP BY STEP):
- At the beginning of the lesson, the students will watch the trailer of the movie “GI Jane”(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X_uQGNcWinQ), where the main character is a woman who wants to become a member of the naval special forces.
- After watching, the students will classify the type of stereotype, as well as the derived prejudices.
- After classifying the stereotypes, the students will find out what skills they need to be a soldier (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PTKBcGt2cto).
- At the end of the lesson, the students will watch interviews with female soldiers and will be invited to debate this stereotype (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KYX3vmRy9sE).
